What is Print Ready Artwork?
Print Ready Artwork means that no work needs to be made to the file you send to go to print. Our preferred file type is a high resolution PDF. You can also send artwork saved as a PSD, TIFF, JPEG, AI or EPS file. We cannot accept artwork created in any Microsoft programs, although we can convert these to print ready artwork on your behalf. Please see our Print Design page.

You can email your artwork to studio@brooklandinteractive.com. If the attachment size is more than 20mb then the preferred method would by by disk.

Will I get a proof of my design?
All artwork designed by us will be sent to the customer by email as a PDF for their approval. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that all information on the proofs is correct, and Brookland Interactive will not be held liable once the artwork has gone to print.

How can I pay?
You can pay securely online when you order or you can pay later by cheque or by BACS, however we cannot commence work on your order until payment is made.

What does gsm mean?
This is a measurement of the thickness of paper or card by its weight in grams per square metre.

What is the difference between gloss and matt laminate?
A gloss or matt laminate finish will give your product a transparent protective coating. A gloss laminate is ultra shiny and brings out the colour in designs where as a matt laminate gives a soft satin finish.

How will my order be sent?
Orders are sent out by next day courier. Our turnaround time on print product is 5 working days from receipt of print ready artwork or approved proofs. Delivery is free to one mainland UK address. All deliveries will need to be signed for.
